Terms of service
Last updated 30 September 2026
These terms apply between you and KaribaCore, operated from Ireland, when you use the service at karibacore.com. By signing in, you agree to them.
The service
KaribaCore builds and hosts Next.js applications from GitHub repositories. It is in an invitation-only pilot, provided free of charge. Features and limits may change during the pilot.
Your account
- You sign in with a GitHub account and are responsible for keeping it secure.
- You are responsible for what members of your workspace do with the access you give them.
- Invitations are for the person invited and cannot be passed on.
Your content
You keep ownership of your code and applications. You give KaribaCore permission to read, build, store and serve them so that the service can work. You confirm you have the right to deploy what you deploy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use KaribaCore to:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others
- Distribute malware, run phishing pages or send unsolicited bulk messages
- Mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to serving your application
- Attack, probe or overload KaribaCore or anyone else
- Get around limits, or access workspaces that are not yours
Availability
The pilot has no uptime guarantee. We may carry out maintenance, and builds may wait when capacity is in use. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. Suspension stops hosting and blocks workspace actions; your data is retained. You can stop using KaribaCore at any time and ask us to delete your workspace.
Liability
The pilot is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, KaribaCore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection that the law of the country you live in gives you.
Changes
When these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using KaribaCore after a change, the new terms apply.
